Many conservation internships are available through this program, which is funded in part by an allocation from Senator Herb Kohl and with the support of the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).  Internship opportunities are available at or through Land Conservation Departments and NRCS district offices throughout the state.

This program is a joint project of Wisconsin’s conservation agencies, universities, colleges and technical schools.  All approved positions provide a valuable learning experience and supportive work environment for students.
