Conservation on the Land Internship Program (COLIP)

October 2011:  Due to a moratorium on all federal earmarks in FY2011, this program will not be able to offer internship opportunities as in years past. Funding for this program is 2012 is unlikely.

Many conservation internships have been available through this program, which was funded in part by an allocation from Senator Herb Kohl and with the support of the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). Check with your county's Land Conservation Department and NRCS district office for possible internships.
